How it works
It starts with your personal goals
We start by setting your fitness and weight loss goals. We assess your current level of activity, weight and Body Mass Index to set up your tracking.
We give you a budget of daily coins
Rather than counting calories, we use coins. For example, instead of tracking 1500 - 2500 calories daily, we begin each day with 15-25 coins to spend, depending on your fitness and/or weight loss goals.
Spend your coins on food daily
All food items and meals in our database are single serving portions, with a coin value. Simply save the recommended number of coins daily to reach your weight loss goal. Your objective is to stay within your daily budgeted coins.
Earn more coins with exercise
Additional coins may be earned for each cardio exercise undertaken in a given day. The ‘C.A.S.H-In’ button on each workout screen takes the user to the interval training screen during their workout, prompting the user by flashing and asking them to perform either a Core, Abdominal, Stretching or Heart-health interval exercise during their strength training session.
Track and ‘Cash Out’ the coins you saved to reach weight loss goals
You can track daily coins saved and accumulated to reach your weight loss goal in the app. Cash Out after saving the required coins to reach your weight loss goal.
