Val’s Fitness Club

Val has been servicing the Portland area with health and fitness coaching since 2007. Val offers ONE-ON-ONE fitness coaching and consulting tailored to each client's personal objectives, fitness level, and physical limitations/ abilities. Our services include (but not limited to):
